When will Qoniva launch?
Qoniva is preparing for the App Store. This page will link to it when it is released.
Who can use Qoniva?
Only adults aged 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors are suspended.
Who can see my real name?
Only mutual friends. In random rooms you appear with your nickname; your phone number and e-mail are never shown to anyone.
Are my messages private?
Friend chats are end-to-end encrypted. Messages in random rooms are screened by automated moderation to keep the community safe.
How do I report or block someone?
Use the report and block options on a profile or message. Reports are reviewed and repeated abuse leads to sanctions.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
