Delete your Veridia account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Veridia and sign in.
2. Go to Profile tab → Delete Account → Delete.
3. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again for security.

Deletion takes effect immediately. Your profile, Echo balance, Nova, wins and ranking entries are removed, then a server process erases the remaining records linked to your account (ad-reward and win ledgers, prize claims and mission progress records). The story chats of that account are wiped from the device. If the app asks for a recent sign-in, sign out, sign back in and delete again. Guest accounts are deleted the same way. Deleting your account does not cancel a Veridia Premium subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings.

Cannot access the app?

Send a deletion request with the form on this page or e-mail emirhan@wxwlabs.com from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything, and we complete requests within 30 days.

What we keep

Records of App Store transactions we have already credited (transaction ID, product, Echo amount, date and your former account ID) are kept so that the same purchase can never be credited twice. If you used e-mail sign-in, a one-way hash of your e-mail address may remain in a rate-limit record for account e-mails. Server logs that can contain your account ID are kept only for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it first in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Unused purchases and virtual items are lost when the account is deleted.

Guest players

If you play as a guest, your anonymous account is tied to this device. Use the same in-app option, or delete the app to remove local data; we delete inactive anonymous accounts together with their data.

Data on your device

Deleting the app removes the data it stored on your device.
