Delete your MatKlinik account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open MatKlinik and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete my account (Hesabımı sil).
3. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again for security.

Your profile, questions, solutions, lesson bookings and uploaded files are deleted from our servers.

Cannot access the app?

Send a deletion request with the form on this page or e-mail emirhan@wxwlabs.com from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything, and we complete requests within 30 days.

What we keep

Records of purchases may be kept as long as tax and consumer law require. Apple keeps its own purchase records.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it first in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Unused purchases and virtual items are lost when the account is deleted.

Data on your device

Deleting the app removes the data it stored on your device.
